Brought my wife in to buy a bike today. Experience was excellent. Trent took care of us and was a pro. Took plenty of time making sure the fit was just right for her. All in all a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
This is an amazing store. We come from WI often. It is now on our must visit list. I’m lusting after new skiing apparel.

This place is amazing! I signed up for Ironman 70.3 and decided to make the investment for a dedicated tri bike. The rep was super friendly and patient. He walked me through different brands and price points and was honest about what I actually NEEDED instead of trying to sell me something more expensive. I purchase the Felt s32 and if things progress well in the next few years maybe I’ll upgrade to a full carbon bike. I also walked away with new cycling shoes. This place is the only true tri shop in the twin cities and I will only buy my equipment from them. My great first experience has made me a dedicated customer of Gear West.
If you're into triathlons, this is the best (only?) dedicated tri shop in the metro.
My partner and I then spent 2 more hours at the shop going through winter bike apparel, nutritional offerings, running and skiing apparel and XC skis.
Amazing customer service. I walked in with zero knowledge about biking and I was looking for a good road bike for summer training. Super awesome salesman helped us out for almost four hours as we purchased and adjusted a bike, shoes, and pedals. Like I said, amazing customer service. Will definitely be going back for any bike needs I ever have in the future.
