Caribou is always good. It takes a lot for a fifth star, and they get it. Good job!
Good coffee but VERY expensive. TOO expensive! Bathrooms work, clean & clear building, nice location, etc. I come there only every now & then. On special occasions, I make an exception. Celebrating a pay raise & a promotion with a caramel frappachina macchiato cocoa coffee drink. Commemorating an NY & FI trip with an expensive coffee
I give them a 3 because of the timeliness of service. It doesn't matter what time of day o visit there is always a 5 to 15 minute wait for my order in drive thru. However, the coffee is always wonderful and my order is always given to me correctly the first time. One other reason that I gave a 3 star is because I was lied to about this one not participating in the question of the day. They do participate but you have to request it while in drive thru.

The WORST caribou!! The absolute longest wait for coffee! Been here quite a few times and if there is more then one car in front of you for the drive thru expect at LEAST a 25 min wait ! Sat in the drive thru for 45 mins once with only 3 cars in front of me!! They are SO SLOW! On top of that they tend to mess up orders a lot too! Go to another caribou if you have the chance!
